This analytical study aimed to determine the critical role of Transformational Leadership in improving Organizational Performance within service institutions. The study utilized the Descriptive Analytical method via a Meta-Analysis approach, aggregating and analyzing the statistical findings of prominent prior literature and studies in the service sector. The results confirmed a strong, significant positive correlation between the practice of Transformational Leadership and overall Organizational Performance (r = 0.72), accounting for more than half of the variance in performance (R^2 = 0.518). Findings revealed that the dimensions focused on the human element, such as "Inspirational Motivation" and "Individualized Consideration," were the most frequently practiced and impactful in raising levels of job satisfaction and service quality. Conversely, results pointed to a weakness in applying the "Intellectual Stimulation" dimension, indicating a gap in innovation and critical thinking. The study recommends adopting Transformational Leadership as a strategic framework to ensure sustainable performance and competitive superiority in the service environment.
