Abstract

Illegal migration is one of the most controversial topics on the international stage today, especially in Libya following the February Revolution in the Arabic Aspiring of 2011.

The causes of this phenomenon are complex and include difficult economic conditions in the countries of origin, armed conflicts and notably. Religious Factors such as persecution religious our human rights violations based on faith in some countries.

This paper aims to clarify the religious implications of illegal migration on society, its causes and its impact on the local environment. It also seeks to analyze this phenomenon explore ways to combat it, in propose solution for addressing the issue comprehensively through official and popular efforts, while examining the stance of Islamic law on illegal migration.

A descriptive and analytical methodology is employed to study this phenomenon and its implication for religious foundations.
