Abstract

Abstract:

This study examines the legal foundations of Islamic values and their alignment with universal human values. It argues that Islamic law aims to guide humanity toward goodness and justice while maintaining a balance between rights and duties. These values constitute overarching objectives that Muslims seek to realize in cooperation with others, and they represent ethical principles recognized across human societies.
