This research explores the role of Big Data and advanced analytics in accelerating crisis response and improving the efficiency of resource allocation within environments characterized by uncertainty. It establishes a conceptual framework highlighting the transition from traditional models to management driven by predictive capabilities and real-time analysis. The study adopts an integrated methodology (descriptive and comparative) alongside a critical review of international literature and reports to analyze the impact of machine learning and deep learning in supporting early warning systems and enhancing institutional coordination. The findings conclude that the systematic deployment of these technologies contributes to reducing response time and increasing the precision of resource distribution, provided that an integrated technical infrastructure and clear regulatory frameworks are in place.
