Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the impact of training programs on employee performance at the Al-Asabaa Financial Services Office. To achieve the objectives of the study, a descriptive-analytical approach was adopted. A validated questionnaire was designed as the primary instrument for collecting data and was distributed to employees of the Al-Asabaa Financial Services Office.

The findings revealed that the cognitive dimension had a statistically significant effect on improving employee performance, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 27.2%. The creative dimension also demonstrated a statistically significant effect, explaining 31.3% of the variance in employee performance. Furthermore, the productive dimension showed the strongest statistically significant effect, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 38.5%.

Based on these findings, the study recommends placing greater emphasis on training programs that enhance the productive dimension, as it exhibited the greatest impact on improving employee performance. It also recommends encouraging employees to actively participate in training programs by providing appropriate incentives, thereby contributing to higher levels of performance and organizational effectiveness.
