The subject of this research is summarized in that it discusses the right of the accused to defend himself during interrogation, and shows the nullity of infringing on this right in any way, and the legal link between the right of defense and the right of accusation has been dealt with, and it has become clear that the right of defense is not only the right of the accused, but it is a right that includes the whole society, and that a balance must be achieved between the rights of defense and accusation, and the right of the accused to seek the assistance of a lawyer during interrogation has also been exposed, and it has been found that this right includes The fact is that the defendant has special guarantees represented in his right to contact his lawyer and test, as well as to provide him with a guarantee that the accused will be present for questioning in felonies and misdemeanors, as well as from reviewing the investigation report himself or through his lawyer.
