Abstract

This study aims to identify the key challenges facing kindergartens from the perspective of preschool teachers. Employing a descriptive approach to analyze the data, the study sampled 175 randomly selected teachers across the city of Zliten. The findings indicate that, from the teachers' viewpoint, these institutions do not suffer from any notable administrative issues. Instead, the real struggles lie in poor infrastructure and a shortage of educational tools and equipment. Additionally, teachers face difficulties managing certain behaviors from both the children and their parents. Financial constraints also emerged as a major barrier hindering growth and institutional goals, driven primarily by low teacher salaries, lack of incentives, and budgets that fall short of covering basic needs.
