This research aims to clarify the concept of training and its importance in developing human resources and improving employees’ efficiency within organizations. The study discusses the objectives of training, its various methods, and its role in enhancing job performance, increasing productivity, and reducing work errors and accidents. It also explains the main principles of training, its stages, and the factors contributing to the success of training programs, in addition to highlighting the relationship between training and technological and organizational development in institutions. The research adopted the descriptive analytical approach by collecting and analyzing information from scientific references to provide a comprehensive understanding of the role of training in improving organizational performance. The study concluded that training is a fundamental investment in human resources, contributing to job stability, higher efficiency, and better adaptation to modern work requirements. The research recommended continuous planning of training programs, accurate identification of training needs, and providing the necessary resources to ensure the success of the training process and the achievement of organizational goals.
